Ranking System
Each person that becomes a memeber has a ranking. Both in Members, and in the clan.When you start you are labeled as a begginer, to move up as a clan member, you must defeat another person in a online game, report this to hkdragon8@netscape.net, and we will give you "points" Depending how long the game was the more points you get. Each person earns clan points for competing against each other.
To move up a position as a staff, you must e-mail us an article, if we think its ok, we give you the password to work on the site. Here if you do a good job (i.e html help, article writer, good ideas) you move up a rank.
Rules as a staff-
1.No deleting or altering any persons work without permission (from e-mail etc)
2. No posting any nasty, obscene, just plain wrong, pictures or words
3. No hogging, or only having credit to your self
4. Come on! Were a team, be a member
*violating a rule, may kick you out (i.e changing the passowrd to the clan..

Fighting,Battles
When 2 creatures "want" fight we usually set up a time for both of them to meet.
The cratures must be around the same higiet or they will be unable to battle>
The normal rule for battles is controlled battling.
Meaning:
-The player is allowed to tell the creature where to punch,defend, move
-The creature is allowed to do specials, and miracles
-The player is NOT allowed to aid the creature by moving out of the arena, and charging up a miracle for the creature.
This style of fighting is optional. If 2 people agree on a diffrent type of fighting then you are allowed to do that...
Diffrent types of battles:
- All phisical: There is nothing but steps, punches, andblocks, nothing else
-Uncontrolled: 2 creatures are not controlled by player
-Everything goes: Allows specials etc.

How to play an online game
To play online, load the game, and wait for the lobby screen to appear. Once there choice the selection "Join Online Game" Which will save the game where it is, and load up a screen.
In the Login:
In order to be able to play online you MUST have a bwgame account, you can register at www.bwgame.com. The first screen you will see, is a internet connection choice.
Note: It is best to be logged on the internet before you enter black and white, because the connection from the game dosen't work to well.
When connected you will be brought to a screen
where it requires your login, and password from the bwgame account. When it verifys it you will be brought to the Game Spy network online game system.
On the GameSpy network:
You should now see a screen divided in two. On the right is the instructions, and information. Here is where you can see what games are avalible. Know that it depends on what time it is, for the ammount of games availible. By clicking the choice you are brought to a screen.
How to join a game:
When you are in you should see a screen that shows the HOST (starter of the game), and anyother players that have been put in that game. If there is an availible spot, you may click "join". Often it is up to the HOST to either allow or reject you.
The screen:
There are also other choices on the screen. Such as "Map type" showing what map you are playing. "Clan" if the person had one, and info which will give you info on all the other players. While you wait you can chat with the players in the box labeled "incoming" messages.
Make a game:
So you couldn't find a game (which is extremly commmon) why not create one. Click the alternitive in the lobby called "create game" Here you will be brought to a little box asking for the game name, and the password. Type the name of the game, and then if you want type the password ( this is for if you are playing a private game) Note this works exactly the same as joining. When a person joins...
Lets start!
Once there are enough people, a button will appear called "Start game" IF you do not have enough human players either alter the map (if you are a host), or place that space with a computer player. Once you start it will start the game as if it were skirmihs. There will be a synchronizing moment, and the game begins! Enjoy, and use your mind!
Troubleshooting, FAQ
The connection does not seem to go through.
A. Try connecting to the internet before starting the game
What is a clan?
A. What do you think this is? Well its just a group of people who play online together, and join tournements etc.
When I load the online game, it says "cannot load the online maps"
A. Look into your game files under "onlinemaps" is it corrupts? See if there is any maps you added, and delete those, they might be causeing errors
It often says " Fileplanet connection was lost"
A. It means your internet connection got dissconnected. Press alt+tab. to minimize, and re-connect
How come there is a speech bubble over my creatures head?
A. This is the way Lionhead desighned the chat system. At the top right hand corner this a speech bubble click it to type in anything you want to say. Use the cloud with the lightning bolt to send pre-made chat lines.
If I have an illeagal (burned) version of black and white can I still play online?
A. No, you cannot it is the one thing lionhead programmed the game to do when trying to be burned. It does not succefully copy that section. At least its not like Age of Empires :
